About Álvaro Jara Burotto

Álvaro Jara Burotto has vast experience regarding engineering and construction projects, having participated in the review of bidding documents and the preparation of strategic communications, as well as the preparation and analysis of claims and compensation requests. A deep understanding of the field is combined with litigation experience, allowing him to provide highly specialised services in arbitrations handled by WAGEMANN | Arbitration. For several years, he has served as an actuary in arbitration trials administered by the Arbitration and Mediation Centre of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Young ITA and the Young ICCA, having participated in its mentoring programme for the 2021–22 period.
