Ólafur Steindórsson is a partner at CMS Wistrand, specialising in M&A, venture capital and private equity with a focus on the technology and IT sectors. He has extensive experience in advising Swedish and international corporations, private equity and venture capital firms, and start-ups on domestic and cross-border transactions. With a career spanning over 16 years, he has acted as lead counsel on a wide range of transactions, particularly in emerging technologies and IT. Ólafur has been a partner at CMS Wistrand since 2019 and joined the firm in 2012. He is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
