About Nicolle Brito

Nicolle Brito is a partner in Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP’s Boca Raton office. Her practice focuses on complex class actions and multidistrict litigations, covering consumer fraud, public nuisance, racketeering, conspiracy, environmental, and privacy litigation. She currently represents numerous school boards and counties in the social media youth addiction multidistrict litigation and governmental entities in the AFFF (aqueous firefighting foam) multidistrict litigation. Nicolle was a part of the firm’s team leading the effort on behalf of cities and counties around the country in the opioid epidemic multidistrict litigation.
