Carol Lucas is a transactional healthcare lawyer and co-chair of Buchalter’s healthcare practice. As a 36-year healthcare lawyer, Ms Lucas represents physicians and other professionals, as well as hospitals, ambulatory surgery centres, imaging centres and telemedicine providers in a range of projects, including the development and structuring of business models to achieve client objectives while complying with applicable law. Her M&A experience includes both strategic acquisitions and venture capital transactions of all sizes and in a range of sectors.
