About Christina Morgan

Christina Morgan is a Certified Information Privacy Professional and co-chair of the Privacy and Data Security practice group at Buchalter LLP. She is well versed in consumer privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA). Ms Morgan routinely conducts privacy reviews and counsels clients on privacy compliance and consent management. She has prepared myriad policies and terms for client websites, including privacy policies, notices of collection, and terms of service. Ms Morgan also supports clients who are sharing personal information with vendors and other third parties by negotiating data processing agreements.
