About Bryn Spradling

Bryn Spradling is a partner in Buchalter’s San Diego office, a member of both the healthcare and corporate practice groups and chair of the firm’s San Diego corporate practice group. Mr Spradling’s healthcare practice involves representing individual physicians, medical groups and other providers in connection with entity formation and mergers and acquisitions. He provides counselling and guidance relating to negotiation and documentation of employment, independent contractor, shareholder and partnership agreements and related business arrangements. He also assists in the formation and structuring of management service organisations and the documentation of related transactions with healthcare providers.
