About Efrat Cogan

Efrat Cogan is certified as an Appellate Specialist by the California State Bar of Legal Specialization. She has handled appeals before a variety of courts and on a wide range of subjects, including land use, real estate disputes, probate matters, sports law, commercial law, products liability, and employment law. In addition to appellate work, Ms Cogan’s practice involves litigation in various areas, including the following: product liability, land use disputes, real estate litigation, including construction litigation, nuisance litigation, and easement litigation. Having previously represented both municipalities and developers, she has experience in governmental and constitutional law.
