About Elisa Rivas

Elisa Rivas is an attorney in Buchalter’s San Francisco office and a member of the energy and natural resources practice group. Ms Rivas brings her experience in energy regulatory and administrative litigation before the CPUC and FERC. With a deep understanding of California’s evolving energy landscape, Ms Rivas advises on utility general rate cases, regulatory compliance, policy development and environmental review pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
