Mike Kilgarriff
is a partner in Buchalter’s Denver office and chair of the firm’s State Attorneys General practice. He represents companies in state attorney general investigations, multi-state enforcement matters, regulatory disputes and complex litigation. His practice includes fintech, payments, digital assets, consumer financial services, privacy and other highly regulated industries. He also serves as co-chair of Buchalter’s Crisis Management and Strategic Response group.
