Robert Dato
is co-chair of the appellate practice group at Buchalter, primarily representing clients in business litigation and employment matters, with particular emphasis on appeals and related proceedings. Robert has been a certified Appellate Specialist in California since 1996, and has handled more than 400 appellate matters in state and federal courts throughout the United States, as well as serving as the national co-ordinating appellate counsel for two major pharmaceutical manufacturers.
