About Edgar Klee

Edgar Klee is a partner in the tax practice group at Haynes and Boone, S.C. in the Mexico City office. He has been practicing law for 25 years, and focuses on offering sophisticated corporate tax advice on international taxation, tax counselling for individuals, legal structuring, customs and foreign trade, and general tax litigation. He is a member of the Mexican Bar (Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados), Public Accounting Academy for Tax Studies (Academia de Estudios Fiscales de la Contaduría Pública) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA). He frequently speaks and writes on tax-related issues.
