Alana has extensive experience of litigating disputes in state and federal courts, as well as experience in arbitration. She routinely defends employers against Equal Employment Opportunity Commission charges, trade secret litigation, non-compete matters and wage and hour claims, as well as claims involving discrimination, harassment and retaliation, and wrongful termination.
