About Shawn Davisson

Shawn Davisson is of counsel at Steptoe & Johnson and advises clients on white-collar criminal defence matters, government and internal investigations, regulatory enforcement actions, and securities litigation and enforcement. He defends corporations, corporate executives, public officials and other individuals and entities in matters involving or brought by DOJ, the SEC, Congressional committees and other government agencies and regulators. He also has extensive experience in conducting internal investigations on behalf of corporate clients. Shawn was appointed by the DC Bar's Board on Professional Responsibility and serves in a judicial capacity on the Board's Hearing Committees.
