About Anastasia Bolari

Anastasia Bolari is a member of the corporate, mergers and acquisitions and real estate practice groups at POTAMITISVEKRIS. Anastasia has extensive experience in property management, construction and development agreements. She actively engages in the drafting, negotiation and provision of customised legal counsel to clients within these specialised practice areas. She also advises on several aspects of corporate transactions. Anastasia has been involved in innovative transactions representing both private and public sector clients. She has experience in drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements and ancillary contracts, and undertaking all necessary formalities to ensure successful implementation of acquisitions. She was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2018.
