About Dorianna Sarri

Dorianna Sarri is a member of the Employment and Social Security team at POTAMITISVEKRIS and advises both national and international clients on the full spectrum of individual and collective employment law matters, combining day-to-day advisory support with more complex strategic work. Her practice includes drafting and reviewing employment contracts and internal policies, collective bargaining negotiations, working time issues and the implementation of the digital employment card system, as well as health and safety compliance. She has significant experience in labour due diligence in corporate transactions and regularly conducts internal workplace investigations, particularly in cases involving alleged violence and harassment. She also represents clients before courts and competent labour authorities in employment-related disputes.
