About Elli Martina Kapsali

Elli Martina Kapsali has been a member of the employment and social security team at POTAMITISVEKRIS since 2025. She advises national and international clients on a broad range of individual and collective employment law matters, including day-to-day employment advisory, the drafting and translation of employment contracts and internal policies, and compliance with labour and social security legislation. Her practice also includes employment-related litigation, with experience in drafting pleadings and other procedural documents. Elli works extensively in English across a range of settings, including the drafting and review of employment documentation, client communications, meetings, and the handling of cross-border and international matters.
