About Konstantinos P Papadiamantis

Konstantinos P Papadiamantis has more than 30 years of experience in representing parties in white-collar criminal cases. Since 2009 – when he joined POTAMITISVEKRIS to develop its litigation practice – he has been successfully leading the firm’s full-service litigation department, utilising his extensive legal knowledge in various dispute resolution and white-collar crime areas. Konstantinos has defended executives of banks and major firms against accusations of fraud or breach of trust and has also represented banks and other firms against fraudsters. He is a member of the Hellenic Association of Penal Law and the Hellenic Criminal Bar Association.
