About Nikolaos Kampantais

Nikolaos Kampantais is a member of the structured finance, projects and energy practice group at POTAMITISVEKRIS. He possesses experience in large-scale, complex and cross-border transactions within the energy, infrastructure, and hospitality sectors. Nikolaos supports both domestic and international clients, offering expertise in structuring financing, preparing necessary documentation, and achieving financial closing. He is experienced in LMA and ISDA documentation and advises on the drafting and negotiation of complex project documentation, including EPC and O&M agreements, as well as corporate PPAs. He has advised on financing transactions related to the development of renewable energy and hospitality projects, airports and marinas. He was admitted to the Piraeus Bar Association in 2018.
