Panagiota Kelali is a senior associate within POTAMITISVEKRIS’ IP, TMT, and Data Protection practice, and advises on GDPR compliance and privacy matters with a focus on emerging technologies. She has implemented GDPR programmes and provided strategic counsel to public and private entities across industries at national and EU levels. Panagiota advises media organisations on IP issues and handles trade mark prosecutions before the USPTO. She holds the CIPP/E certification. Her experience also includes academic roles in global privacy and technology law. She is admitted in Athens, Greece; New York, USA; and the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
