About Valia Anastasopoulou

Valia Anastasopoulou focuses her practice on real estate, dispute resolution and corporate law and commercial contracts. She has significant experience in real estate and commercial transactions, including due diligence, property acquisitions, establishment of in rem securities on real estate assets, commercial and residential lease agreements, as well as various types of contracts. She also advises clients on issues related to management of real estate portfolios and relevant development plans. Valia has participated in interim measures petitions and court injunctions to secure real estate rights, in litigation on commercial disputes, and in cases on the recognition of the enforceability of a foreign precedent. She was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2016.
