About Vasilis Tsintavis

Vasilis Tsintavis is a member of the project finance and energy practice group at POTAMITISVEKRIS. He has successfully advised domestic and foreign sponsors and financiers in large and complex project financing for infrastructure concessions, public private partnerships, energy and real estate. Vasilis also has experience in advising on acquisitions and joint ventures in the energy sector. He has acted on behalf of international bidders and awarding authorities in the context of infrastructure and real estate concession tenders. In addition, he has provided legal support to financiers in debt restructuring (both in contractual and pre-insolvency rehabilitation procedures). He was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2018.
