Christophe has led and negotiated with the European Commission the preparation and adoption of pharmaceutical association agreements, argued cases before the CHMP and European authorities with a view to the authorisation of different products and guided numerous appeals against authorisations or denials of authorisations. He gives classes on legal issues specific to the pharmaceutical sector at the IAE of Lyon and the DJCE of Montpellier.
