About Charalampos Kondis

Charalampos Kondis is a partner at Moussas & Partners, where he specialises in civil and commercial litigation, corporate law, capital markets, M&A, banking and finance. He has extensive litigation experience and corporate and commercial know-how. Charalampos has dealt with a number of high-profile cases, including the successful representation of the VW Group, Audi and Seat in relation to the diesel engines emissions controversy and the monitoring of this case as it has unfolded in Greece. As of 2014, he also serves as attorney at law for the Hellenic Deposit and Investment Guarantee Fund. He was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2009 and has litigated before the Supreme Court since 2018.
