About Vassilios Moussas

Vassilios Moussas is a senior partner at Moussas & Partners with more than 30 years of experience. He has extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution, which includes successfully representing clients in disputes arising from M&A, shareholders’ agreements and commercial agreements (such as agency, distributorship and insurance), as well as from corporate obligations and capital markets regulatory compliance. His experience also extends to real estate litigation in civil and administrative matters, special land uses, urban planning and forestry. Vassilios has been admitted to the Athens Bar Association since 1992 and has litigated before the Supreme Court of Greece since 2004.
