Fernando Gonzalez focuses his practice on advising national and international clients from a wide range of industries and sectors, including companies, investment funds and shareholders, in different corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, restructures, alliances, capital raisings and fund formation, among others. He also advises clients on complex corporate matters, including the formation of SPVs, negotiation of commercial agreements, the soft landing in Mexico of foreign investment projects, compliance with corporate obligations, shareholder resolutions, and the design and implementation of governance structures.
