Line-Alexa Glotin is a partner in the Tax Department & Head of the Private Clients Department. Her expertise includes conflict of law rules, inheritance rights and succession rules, lifetime giving, trusts, charities, fiduciary litigation, foundations and not-for-profit organisations, estate planning, family business, acquisition and preservation of family properties and assets. Additional expertise covers individual tax in cross-border contexts, taxation of investment income, tax litigation, private asset management and asset protection/investment structure and market art law. She is a member of a number of professional bodies such as The International Academy of Estate and Trust Law, as well as the Steering Committee of the Cambridge Forum on International Wealth Disputes. She contributes regularly to industry publications.
