Line-Alexa Glotin is a partner and heads the private client department and Tax team at UGGC Avocats. Her practice covers conflict of law rules, inheritance rights and succession rules, lifetime giving, trusts, charities, fiduciary litigation, foundations and not-for-profit organisations, estate planning, family business, acquisition and preservation of family properties and assets, among others. She has written for a number of industry publications and is a member of the International Private Client Committee of the American Bar Association, an Academician of the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law, a STEP member and an active member of the Editorial committee of STEP France, the International Bar Association, a member of the Tax and Private Client Committee, Art, Cultural Institutions and Heritage Law IBA Committee, a Steering Committee Member of the International Wealth Dispute, Cambridge Forum and a member of the IACF (Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux).
