Gül Şengüler is the partner in charge of the Senguler & Partners litigation department. She has over 25 years’ experience in litigation with particular skills in assessing risks related to litigation, tailoring petitions and reviewing evidence to ensure judges take client claims into account. Preparing strong petitions with good evidence and ensuring the legal arguments are of the highest quality is key. Clients appreciate her no-nonsense approach and her ability to deal directly and strongly with opposing counsel.
