About Philipp Baubin

Philipp Baubin of Weber & Co specialises in banking and finance, capital markets and venture capital. He has over 19 years’ experience in advising lenders and borrowers in (mostly) cross-border acquisition finance and syndicated lending transactions, structured finance, aviation and rail finance, as well as regulatory matters. He frequently acts as Austrian counsel in international financing and refinancing transactions, and is consulted by international law firms on assignments involving aspects of Austrian law.
