Jamie advises on a wide range of commercial, intellectual property, governance and regulatory matters across the sports and entertainment industries. His advice on commercial rights spans sponsorship, media rights, licensing, image rights and talent management. His regulatory practice focuses, in particular, on integrity and match-fixing cases often appearing before the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne. He is recommended as a leading expert in all the legal directories. Jamie co-authored the 'Sponsorship and Commercial Rights' chapter of “Football and the Law”, edited by Nick de Marco QC (Bloomsbury, 2018), and is a guest lecturer on the Sports Law Masters at ISDE in Barcelona.
