About Carlos Matsui

Carlos Matsui is a member of Sánchez Devanny’s ESG practice. His experience focuses primarily on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and banking and finance. He has experience counselling domestic and foreign issuers in respect of domestic and international equity and debt offerings. Carlos has also assisted Latin American and US-based companies in a series of transactions including debt restructuring via exchange offers, tender offers and consent solicitations. As to his banking and finance experience, Carlos has represented international and domestic lenders and borrowers in connection with the structuring and restatement of credit facilities from both private and public entities/agencies. In addition, he has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions with companies in various industries.
