About Kabir Sondhi

Kabir Sondhi is a member of 9BR Chambers and has a practice encompassing trial and advisory work across a range of criminal law and related civil matters, and specialising in white-collar crime, asset restraint and recovery, and other financial and economic crime work. He has particular experience in dealing with the investigation and prosecution of large-scale, multi-jurisdictional corporate bribery/corruption and fraud cases. He is on the SFO advocates’ panel and the CPS specialist fraud, serious crime, and proceeds of crime panels. Kabir accepts instructions via the Bar’s direct access scheme and is authorised to conduct litigation.
