Max Hardy
has a substantial background in fraud and white-collar crime, having been seconded to what was then the CPS’ Fraud Prosecution Division and more recently the FCA working on an investigation into foreign exchange manipulation. Led by Steven Kay KC, in 2022 he undertook a private prosecution, instructed by Discovery Land Company, of London-based solicitor Stephen Jones, who pleaded guilty to charges of fraud at Southwark Crown Court.
