About Llanet Gaslac

Llanet Gaslac is a member of the tax and private clients practice groups at Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas. She focuses on advising domestic and international clients on tax planning, M&A, financing and audit procedures. She has particular expertise in designing local and international tax structures involving funds and trusts. She holds a law degree from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, along with diplomas in Mining Law and Tax Law, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Taxation at the University of Lima. Formerly a tax consulting manager at EY, Llanet is a member of IPDT and IFA Peru, and a frequent speaker and author on tax matters.
