She focuses on structuring investment vehicles, wealth reorganisation and financing operations. She also has significance expertise in negotiating and drafting family protocols and providing advice on succession matters. Maite graduated from the Andrés Bello Catholic University in Caracas and holds an LLM from New York University. Previously, she worked at D’Empaire Abogados, a leading Venezuelan law firm, where she specialised in corporate and international tax planning, particularly asset reorganisation.
