About Roberto Polo

Roberto Polo is a partner in the tax and private clients practice groups at Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas. He specialises in tax advisory for financing operations with local and international banks, stock exchanges and investment vehicles. He advises banks, insurers, pension funds and high-net-worth individuals on tax structuring, CFC rules, and amnesty regimes. He has led multidisciplinary teams on public infrastructure projects and business reorganisations. Roberto holds a law degree from PUCP, an MBA from Universidad del Pacífico and ESADE, and has completed tax specialisations at IBFD and IE Law School. A former PwC partner, he is a professor at Universidad del Pacífico and member of IPDT, IFA, and AFIN.
