Khushi Lokwani is a consultant at LKS and a dynamic legal professional with experience spanning media and entertainment, intellectual property rights, capital markets and general corporate advisory. She has drafted artist agreements, NDAs, MoUs and commercial contracts, and supported negotiations for web series, TVCs and brand collaborations. Her IP work includes drafting examination report replies, oppositions and trade mark documentation for diverse clients. Khushi has also contributed to due diligence, risk identification and legal research on FEMA, the Companies Act, ESI laws and consumer protection.
