Mr Ankur Sharma has extensive experience in advising clients on international trade, supply chain, and ESG issues. At Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan, he regularly advises governments and businesses on WTO laws, free trade agreements, supply chain due diligence, and trade litigation. He also specialises in trade remedy laws, namely anti-dumping, safeguards, and countervailing duties. He has extensive experience in representing governments, domestic industries, exporters, and importers at all stages of trade remedy investigations conducted by the investigating authorities of India, the EU, the US, Turkey, and others. Ankur is currently advising a number of Indian steel companies on compliance with the EU’s CBAM.
