About Pallaash Shankhdhar

Pallaash Shankhdhar is a senior associate at LKS, and has over four years of specialised experience in patent litigation and opposition practice. He has particular expertise in managing complex and contentious patent matters before the Intellectual Property Divisions of the High Courts in Delhi, Mumbai, Madras and Calcutta, and in handling pre-grant and post-grant opposition proceedings before the Indian Patent Office. In addition to litigation and opposition work, Pallaash has experience in intellectual property due diligence, conducting prior art and invalidity searches, and providing patentability and freedom-to-operate opinions.
