A B M Nasirud Doulah possesses seasoned practice with Doulah & Doulah in energy, corporate and infrastructure matters, focusing on project finance/development/M&A. He represents major project developers in various CCGT and other fossil fuel power projects in Bangladesh, advised on the project finance side in most of the major coal-fired power projects and structured the first waste to energy power project. To date he has acted in structuring more than 90 power projects in Bangladesh. Nasirud is an author and member of the Thomas Jefferson School of Law Tax and AML Research teams.
