About ABM Nasirud Doulah

ABM Nasirud Doulah has a seasoned practice in energy, corporate and infrastructure matters, with a focus on project finance, development and M&A. He is a member of the Thomas Jefferson School of Law Tax and AML Research teams. Nasirud is counsel for ADB's trade finance matters and has advised ADB, AFD, IFC, EIB, IsDB, Finnfund, etc, in numerous project financings. He advised Excelerate Energy on developing the first LNG terminal, and advised ONGC/OIL and POSCO/Daewoo on the latest PSCs. Nasirud has been appointed by IFC in three PPP transaction advisory mandates, and has structured more than 90 power projects for clients like General Electric, Blackstone, AES and El Paso.
