About Amina Khatoon

Amina Khatoon has extensive experience in corporate finance, project finance and development, with a large portfolio of active infrastructure matters. She is acting as a legal expert in the Narayanganj city master plan development, and has also acted in major toll road PPPs, including First Dhaka Elevated/Dhaka Bypass/RAD Expressways, Payra Port, Chinese Economic Zone and China-Bangladesh Iron & Steel Production Zone. Her M&A experience includes the SZSE/SSE acquisition of Dhaka Stock Exchange, the Holcim/Lafarge merger, and AES' acquisition of Covanta power assets. Amina represents major players in renewable IPPs, such as Sinennergy, Scatec, CMEC, Total, ZTE and Sharp.
