Nasirud Doulah is a partner at Doulah & Doulah. He has extensive experience in energy, corporate and infrastructure matters, with a particular focus on project finance, development, and M&A. He represents major project developers such as Beringia, El Paso, Kindle Energy, Golar Power, AES, General Electric, Covanta, Globeleq, TNB, Pendekar, and Actis in various CCGT and other fossil-fuel power projects in Bangladesh. He has advised on the project finance side in most of the major coal-fired power projects and structured the first waste-to-energy power project. Other clients in renewables include Total Eren, Powerchina. CMEC, and Synenergy. So far, he has acted in structuring more than 90 power projects in Bangladesh.
