She is currently instructed on the Talcum Powder Litigation, representing Kenvue (Johnson & Johnson), and on a number of claims relating to allegedly defective textured breast implants brought against Allergan. As well as high-profile UK legal actions against pharmaceutical companies, Elizabeth is also involved in various cladding litigation, including what is likely to be the first claim to be litigated under the new section 149 of the Building Safety Act 2022 in relation to insulation products.
