About Juliet Stevens

Juliet Stevens practises across the breadth of product liability, with particular expertise in medical products and pharmaceutical work. She is instructed as sole counsel for claims of significant value, and is also led as junior counsel. In recent years, she has acted for a diverse range of claimants and defendants. Juliet appeared in both the High Court and the Court of Appeal within the Seroxat group litigation, and is instructed by pharmaceutical companies, corporate entities, and suppliers and manufacturers of industrial equipment. In her previous career, Juliet was a doctor.
