Simon Antrobus KC has been one of the leading barristers in the field of criminal regulatory law for the last 25 years and is highly ranked by Chambers and Partners for criminal health and safety law, inquests and inquiries, and consumer law, including as a “star individual”. He has appeared in the most serious criminal trials, including Hillsborough and the Smiler rollercoaster accident at Alton Towers, and he is currently defending UK Athletics in relation to the death of a Paralympian in 2017.
