Mónica Almeida
is a senior associate at Espanha e Associados, currently in charge of co-ordinating the civil law and litigation department. Even though her work is more directed towards civil law matters – contracts, family law and succession law – Mónica has been supporting the insurance department in litigation procedures related to disputes concerning insurance contracts, as well as advising in matters concerning standard contracts and the execution of general beneficiary clauses.
