Thierry Marembert represents corporations, their executives and corporate officers, international institutions and high-ranked officials. His expertise covers white-collar crime matters, corporate law, and arts, media and entertainment law. He deals mainly with complex cross-border cases which require co-ordinating defence teams from different jurisdictions. He defends clients before all French criminal courts, regulatory bodies, administrative authorities, the General Court of the European Union and the European Court of Justice.
