About Mykhailo Grynyshyn

Mykhailo Grynyshyn has more than ten years' professional experience and specialises in M&A, corporate governance and general corporate matters. He advises clients on sophisticated M&A deals in the financial, energy, IT, media and other sectors, and also has extensive experience in participating in due diligence of companies across various sectors and industries, drafting transactional documents and providing corporate structuring advice. Mykhailo advises the supervisory and/or management boards of all state-owned banks in Ukraine, as well as other private and state-owned companies, on corporate governance matters. He has also advised EBRD, IMF, World Bank and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on corporate governance reform in Ukrainian state-owned banks.
