Patricia Taylor is a commercial litigator qualified in Scotland and England & Wales, focusing on litigation, arbitration and data protection/information security. She also handles corporate disputes, and frequently manages cross-border cases within the UK and internationally, including cross-border class actions. Patricia’s practice spans sectors such as technology, consumer goods, financial services and life sciences. She co-leads DLA Piper's UP Network, promoting next-generation networking and professional development in Edinburgh. She also serves as President of the Scottish Young Lawyers' Association, representing over 5,000 young lawyers across Scotland.
