Preeni Manjula Dunuwille Koralege is a partner at Varners and has over 35 years’ experience as an attorney-at-law, including 25 years in banking and finance and 17 years in senior corporate management. Her practice covers corporate lending, credit and security documentation, cross-border transactions, banking regulation, recoveries, governance and compliance. She has particular experience in bank establishment and licensing and Islamic banking, having played a key legal and compliance role in establishing Amana Bank PLC. Preeni is an attorney-at-law and notary public, commissioner for oaths and company secretary, and a member of the Bar Association of Sri Lanka.
